Introduction: - We begin with an introductory phone conversation gathering the basics.
- Meet face to face with our client and hiring managers to further understand the requirements and make a decision to partner with the company.
Contract negotiation/Signing - Send a formal contract and have the client complete and return. Upon return, we can begin working on your requirements.
Sourcing and Hiring Manager Interaction - Once the contract is in place, we will do an initial search and then contact the hiring manager with any other questions.
Presentation/Interview scheduling - Next we are ready to present. We send a professional summary and complete resume for the review and consideration of that hiring manager.
- We ask for a timely response after careful review of the resume to ensure we can stay competitive in the marketplace and guarantee the candidate will be available to interview.
Offer negotiations/Relocation Assistance - When you have come to a decision to offer employment to our candidate, we will begin offer negotiations by acting as the liaison to our candidate.
- Once the offer is accepted, we offer relocation assistance by providing our candidate with geographical, housing market info, school systems, and other important factors when relocating. Although we do not typically source candidates outside of the geographical area of the position, we have had acceptations to the rule and have prepared a comprehensive relocation packet to assist in moving.
